“I’m sure this hotel would have been lovely BUT, after we checked into our room (in the room with our bags), then the front desk contacted us to let us know that we would be without hot water the following morning/day, starting at 7am-7pm. My rating is solely for my interaction with staff and how they could have handled the situation. Expedia was wonderful to us and refunded the whole amount of the cost. ”

“There was no bedding in the room for the pullout sofa. We had a balcony with a screen door, but the screen door was old and off track. When we try to open and close the patio door, it would completely fall off. Maintenance was called and they did respond rather quickly. The maintenance person said there was nothing he could do about it because it was just old.. underneath our bed, there were a few trash items such as a highlighter marker, kids cereal, dice. “The whole concept is awesome. Feels like you are staying in a train station, but clean, with the train car rooms running down both sides of the hotel. Both myself and my daughter loved it and wished we knew about the train car rooms. Probably would have requested one. Also, the pillows are the best I have had at a hotel in a long time.”

“This property was so beauty. Even though we travel here in January for a cheer competition. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The views were gorgeous. I love how everything I needed was in walking distance.The only problem I had was the cold. As a southerner it was too cold for me. ”
